For sale is this vintage hard to fine plate with hand painted Asian Design by UTZCHNEIDER #UTZ14, Made in Germany.

This is a hard to find vintage plate with very strong and vibrant colors. There is a very thin line where presumably it might be cracked. Auction house assured us that the crack has been stabilized not to beyond what it is. 

Very hard to see or feel. Professionally restored.
