Antique 1864 legal document, deed? for Joseph Matz of Berks County, Pennsylvania bound unto Lydia Riesht Eshleman of Lance Township, Berks County, PA to pay 340 dollars.

Signed by John .M. Dewes and Samuel Reisht. Has two ten cent revenue stamps. Also has one signature cut out.

On cover side it looks like it says Pond, Jos. Matz to Lydia Eshleman for #340 payable April 1st, 1865.

Document measures approx. 8 x 12 3/4". Folded and intact with exception of one signature cut out, antique wear and discoloration due to age, foxing and some soiling. No other tears, holes, other than cut out signature.
