The kid on the right is a Royal Marine, probably a drummer. They wore those flat caps and I can see the cap insignia. The guy on the left is probably a Grenadier Guard. He has their flaming bomb insignia on cap and bugle horn insignia on sleeve. The guy in the middle? Navy or merchant petty officer maybe. Around 1914
