• Shipping times vary, but the average delivery time is 7-15 days to the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. This may be slightly more during Holidays or Busy Seasons. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and preparation prior to item formally leaving the Warehouse for delivery. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

• ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AS THESE ARE CUSTOM ITEMS AND PRODUCED AT TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT. There are NO Returns or Refunds and all sales are final. I personally inspect and give the final thumbs up on items prior to them being shipped to ensure that quality is met or exceeded and that your item(s) arrive EXACTLY as expected. I hope that this offers some additional peace of mind when considering purchasing from me. I take Customer Satisfaction very seriously here that is a guarantee. 
• **There are unique circumstances where a full Refund is issued and those include:
• -30+ days have passed since the date of shipment (when the order physically leaves the Warehouse) and the order has not been successfully delivered. As long as this is not due to Customer error (providing an incorrect shipping address or information cannot be verified, for example) you will be issued a Refund immediately, no questions asked. 
• -Item arrives damaged or totally compromised in some way shape or form by no fault of the Customer themselves. As this would almost definitely be due to mishandling or accident on behalf of the Postal Service (and it would have to be pretty crazy for that to result in the first place as these items are packed solid, but in rare circumstances, it could happen) I still wish to correct the situation. Please contact to discuss and we'll figure something out. 
• -Order received is completely incorrect/received wrong order. In such cases, a replacement will be sent immediately and I will ensure that a faster shipping option is utilized to get it to you as quickly as possible.
