Payment Policies

*  We accept payment via PayPal only as it’s the most secure way of payment for buyer as well as seller. Moreover PayPal provides facility to pay by credit card & other net banking options.

*  Payment is required within 3 days of the sale of an item.

*  Please note that PayPal eCheck take 5-7 business days to clear.

*  In case of non-payment we reserve the right to relist the item and an unpaid item report will be made correspondingly.

Shipping Terms

*  Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after successful clearance of payment.

*  In case of Expedited Shipping,

*   Expedited Shipping will minimize the number of days of estimated delivery time.

*  Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays.

*  We ship to PayPal Confirmed Addresses Only unless specified by the buyer externally.

*  Please provide your Full Address and Contact Number for easy delivery.

*  Buyer is responsible to pay for import/custom duties levied (if any) in their countries.

*  If location of delivery is in remote area then Extra charges will be applied for the door step deliveries.

*  We'll update the tracking information as soon as your item is shipped from here.

*  If shipment returns to us for incorrect address, unclaimed package or any other reasons, we will resend the package for you after investigation, but in such cases buyer requires to pay fees for the re-shipment and shipping rate will be charged as per actual.

Return Policies

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are still not satisfied with the item which we delivered you then please let us know before leaving any feedback and allow us to work with you to completely resolve any issues that you might be facing.

*  Buyer must inform about any issues with the item within 2 days of receiving it.

*  Buyer can return the item for a FULL REFUND (excluding return shipping cost), within 30 days of item(s) receipt date.

*  If the items is found used, washed, damaged, altered then it would be claimed as a false return. Please note the same.

*  All returns must reach us within 30 days after the item was delivered to you.

*  The item must be in the original condition and with the original tags attached.

*  We will issue a refund or send a replacement within 3 business days of delivery of merchandise back to us.

*  Return Shipping Cost is to be paid by Buyer.

*  Again Shipping cost is non-refundable.

*  Import/custom duties are solely buyer's responsibility, hence it won't be considered under returns.

*  Please do not apply any highly effective chemical to clean the article. Prefer dry Cleaning only.

*  In case of rhodium plated items (All the non-white/colored item), rhodium lasts on the item for few days (depending upon usage & care). Many factors such as sweating, contact of water, dew in weather or application of any other chemical, external scratching onto item are responsible behind rhodium starts coming off. We would request all the buyers to take note of this particularly.

*  Offer price is for per piece.

*  Please provide complete as well as accurate information at the time of payment.
