TRACKING

USPS Tracking is included with every purchase. Please click on the "Tracking" link to see where your item is after making a purchase. In many cases your tracking will begin within 1 to 3 days after purchasing. This is called "Handling Time" once it is scanned in by the United States Post Office, you will be able to track it along it's route until it is delivered to your shipping address.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

If you are outside of the United States you will find that most of our items ARE offered through the "Global shipping program" As we know this may be a higher shipping cost, it is an excellent insurance policy between buyers and sellers. will verify and insure the item makes it to your shipping address. If you find that you are unable to purchase an item, it will possibly be one of the following reasons ...

1. We are not selling this item outside of the United States.

2. We are not offering this item in your particular country.

3. The item or item contents has a restriction placed on it and customs will not allow it not to be shipped to your country.


RETURNS

Most items (Not all) are returnable within 14 days. The buyer must pay return shipping. The only exception is new items. Once they are opened or tags are removed, we cannot sell them for the same price. Therefore We cannot give a full refund. Please contact me and we will discuss your purchase.
