Fits: 2013 Taurus Limited, SHO, and some SEL models with digital heater controls but varies if with heated or cooled seats. 

Number on the unit will match one of the following: DG1T-18C612-CG, DG1T-18C612-CH, DG1T-18C612-CJ, DG1T-18C612-CK
