This classic modernist work consists mostly of captioned photos (and a few drawings) accompanied by limited text consisting of an introductory note ("Glas" by Korn) and 6 other short texts by other writers on various materials or techniques. The photos of architecture and industrial design are from the Bauhaus and similar schools from late 1920s Germany.

CONDITION
 
No jacket. Hinge at p.13-14 broken and page is completely loose. Corners of the boards sharp, some light handling and rubbing on the spine and panels. Writing in pencil on the inside of both the front and back covers. Text and images unmarked. Cover page is folded. Most pages have yellowed some, especially around the edges. Book has a musty smell.
