This is original by J. Chein, Made in USA. Has imperfections from use (rust, dents, chips in paint/finish).
The top does spin with some effort. Colors are vibrant given the age. The plunger requires some work to pull (twist) it out.
Then it works when you push to spin. Wood Handle. Could be an awesome restored piece.

I ship Monday - Friday by 9 am PST (No shipping on Weekends/Holidays). Shipping via Chosen Method at Checkout, which can take anywhere from a minimum of 2 up to 12 delivery days depending on shipper and method (excludes Sundays and/or Holidays - during major holidays there can be a slight delay caused by the carrier overload of shipments from previous holiday/closure)!
Valuable items may require signature based on value due to policy for sellers, ugually over $250. If Priority Mail is selected as my shipping method that is the best rate I could find and with the first $100 insured it is worth it plus Priority is often faster than Parcel Select or UPS.
