Turquoise Vintage Barbie Fashion Pak Silk Shantung Sheath Dress (1962-1963)

CONDITION: The dress was played with but has no obvious stains or damage that I can discern. No repairs were made to this dress.  The Dress was lightly steamed to remove wrinkles. The Barbie tag is included.

The single unit dress is made of high-quality cloth material and is compatible with 11-inch Barbie dolls. The dress is from Mattel's early Barbie product line and was manufactured in Japan from 1962 to 1963. This dress is a must-have for any Barbie collector looking to add a stunning piece to their collection.

This dress was originally available in seven colors, including: White, (pale) Yellow, Gold, Green, Red, Turquoise, and Black.  This dress is turquoise.  (Note I am also listing this dress in white & black.)

The form fitting dress has a bow in the center of the collar, VKK brand zipper closure in the back, and the hem falls just below the knee.  The label is done with an ®.  

Over the course of the next few weeks, I will be selling my vintage Barbie outfits.  I am the original owner and spent many happy hours playing Barbie.  The outfits were all purchased between 1959 and 1963 and are over 60 years old, so some do show their age, while most are in excellent shape.  I try, to the best of my ability, to describe the outfit and any damage or repairs that were or may need to be done.
