The sign on the left hand side of the building is hanging down, has a broken clip. The headstone on the front left hand side has been glued back on as well as cyber skull/ bat headstone on the right hand side. Please see last 3 pictures. Item is very hard to get out of the box because it’s packed very tight, please be careful. It also makes a humming noise when power is turned on, please see video
