This Fluval BioFoam Value Pack set is New In Box and will fit filters:  
405, 406 and 407.  
Directions say to replace every 6 months.  From experience and best results, replace a DIFFERENT one every 2 months to keep all the bacteria levels high!!

You will also get some biologicals with this if you clean it with your warm tank water instead of chlorinated tap which will kill the good bacteria.

  Unlike this product, GENERIC foam will NOT have this perfect fit and will result in sub-par performance.  GENERIC have not been engineered to last as long or perform as well.  Don't cheap out on your fish!

 BIO-FOAM (White):  Provides mechanical filtration to keep large debris from clogging up the biological media in your filter.  It has a custom fit to keep water from bypassing (as found with knock off foam blocks).   

BIO-FOAM MAX (Blue):  These are a 2 in 1 biological and mechanical  media with a pattern that is rippled and has 30% larger surface area for debris and waste.  The precise cut prevents bypass. 

BIO-FOAM PLUS (black): This provides biological and mechanical filtration with large amounts of surface area for beneficial nitrifying bacteria, keeping your salt or freshwater tank clean and healthy!  It is a unique design that will PERFECTLY fit those Fluval Canister Filter models.  This genuine replacement will and prevent water by-pass, resulting in trapping micro particles and debris. 

 

Unlike buying from most online stores, you will get these pad WAAAYYY sooner, because I ship USPS first class which is faster (and cheaper) than UPS and FedEx ground!
