• The Crystal's used in these earrings may have slight flaws to them but I always try to use the best quality stones I have!
• I handmade these Celestial earrings with raw brass charms and quartz points. They will be put on ear wires that are hypoallergenic. These are part of my Celestial Goddess Collection.

SHIPPING

• Items are ready to ship within 5 business days (usually sooner)
• To US (except for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico): approx 10-20 business days via International shipping method + USPS
• To other countries: approx 15-30 business days via International shipping method + Local Post

RETURN/REFUND

• We do not offer returns because all the items are handmade and made to order.
• Return packages internationally is not easy and not worth your hassle.
• If your package arrives damaged, we advise you to take photos of proof and report it to the local shipping company who took care of your package delivery. They will handle this issue for you.
• If your package is lost during transit, please let us know. We will verify the last status of the package and try to retrieve it. If the package is proved to be truly lost during transit, we will work with the shipping company and resolve it for you with a refund. 
• We do not cover damages after use so please read the jewelry care tips below for long lasting jewelry.
