This scale did NOT come with a box or instructions.  I copied instructions from a new unit.  They were written in English and Chinese. The maximum ranges for this unit are 200 kg or 400 lbs. The case is hardened.  The hooks and connectors are stainless steel.  The body measures 4.5 x 1.1 x 2.75 in.  The overall length of the assembly is 12 in.

Power is provided by 2 AAA batteries.Batteries no included.  (I have had great success using lithium batteries on portable scales.
