There are Black stretchy shorts underneath.  

size Small - The waist is approx 29.5" Unstretched, the hips are approx 39" and the length is approx 16"

size Medium - The waist is approx 32" Unstretched, the hips are approx 42" and the length is approx 16.5"

size Large - The waist is approx 34.5" Unstretched, the hips are approx 44" and the length is approx 17"

size XL - The waist is approx 36" Unstretched, the hips are approx 46" and the length is approx 17.5"
