Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. A few creases along edges. Shrink-wrap has torn off on front near bottom left with light scuffing to surface and a few surface abrasions along bottom edge. Shelf-wear along spine side of top/bottom edges with developing split at top and small split at bottom.(Not a cut-out.)
