I charge exact shipping rates with nothing extra added for shipping or handling. I always combine shipping if multiple items are purchased. Please notify me if you purchase more than one item as doesn't always combine multiple purchases. I try to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. If purchases are made over the weekend, I will mail your package Monday morning.
