Return Policy

All items are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, the  item may be returned for a full refund less shipping costs.  Lingerie, swimsuits or other intimate items cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding an item please email us prior to buying. Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

Shipping Policy

Buyer to pay shipping charge determined by zip code.  If more than one auction is won within a two day period we will combine shipping, (you must inform us that you are buying multiple items). Shipping is $1.50 for each additional clothing item and $2.50 per additional pair of shoes. Items are shipped Monday through Saturday via USPS Priority Mail, items are shipped the same day if confirmed payment is received by 4pm EST on a business day otherwise items are shipped the next business day.  The shipping quote will include tracking. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We ship worldwide via USPS Global Priority Mail. International buyers pay actual shipping costs and may inquire as to the amount prior to bidding.
