There is some stretch to this material so.....
Measurements taken while garment is lying flat:
Top
side to side underarm = 16" (32" Bust)
back of neck to front bottom hem = 32" & 19"
shoulder seam to shoulder seam = 14"
shoulder seam to end of sleeve = 23" (not counting 4" fringe)
Skirt
side to side at waist = 14" (28" waist) stretch to 15" (30" waist)
side to side at hips = 18"
waist to bottom hem = 27" (not counting 4" fringe)
