This beautiful Gold threaded bowl was created by Scott and Laura Curry, the premier glass artists who founded the Curry Art Glass Studio in Bremerton, Wa., in 1989.

Scott Curry, who had previously studied at Pratt Fine Arts, created this magnificent bowl with free form ruffle to the pulled top rim. It has a striking Modernist design, with glistening jewel tones in shades of purple, and pink and silver.

The piece has Gold leaf accents.

This free form bowl is approximately 7.5” at its widest point, and 6”high at it’s highest edge.

No chips or cracks, but it does have some natural air bubbles formed during the process.

The piece is signed by the artists, dated 1993. This great great bowl would be a valuable addition to any art glass collection.
