BioKult is a nutritional supplement in the form of capsules that helps the digestive system work.
BioKult is a modern multi-strain probiotic with 14 strains of live probiotic bacteria.
The different mechanisms of action and benefits of probiotics are species-specific. Studies show that when properly combined:

Application method:
Adults and children over 12 years old - 1-2 capsules daily during meals.
Children between 2 and 12 years - 1 capsule daily or as recommended by the attending physician.
The capsule is taken during or after a meal.
The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with food, liquids or water, or swallowed whole.

When taking antibiotics:
4 capsules daily, at a different time from taking the antibiotic with an interval of at least 3 hours.
Continue taking Bio-Kult for at least two weeks after completing the antibiotic course.

When traveling:
One week before the trip, 1-2 capsules once or twice a day.
During the trip itself – 4 capsules daily.
Continue taking Bio-Kult for at least two weeks after the end of the trip.

Method of storage:
Keep the packages closed in a cool and dry place.
Can be stored at room temperature. No need to refrigerate.
The total number of bacteria is viable until the end of the shelf life.
