Items will be processed for shipment 3 business days after payment. Business days are monday thru friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery time may be slower for international shipments due to customs & for domestic shipments during peak holiday times.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
You're placing your bid on what you believe the item is worth to you. That said, note that the fee posted is not "actual cost" It does include handling to cover my time to source, list, package & ship the item. These fees are non-negotiable. It also includes delivery confirmation which allows you to access the status of your item by clicking the tab next to the transaction details in paypal or entering the number on the USPS website. Please reference this 1st before emailing about delivery status. Calculation of shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation fees are based on post office prices.
LOCAL PICKUP
This option is available ONLY to local buyers purchasing $20 or more living within 10 miles of 76022. In lieu of any posted s+h costs, buyer will pay a flat, non-negotiable $5 fee to cover gas and my time to come meet you at a public place. You are allowed 5 days to purchase multiple items in order to meet the minimum. Please email me in advance and let me know if this is what you are planning so I can hold the item and send a final invoice when you are done shopping. Pickup arrangements must be made within 48 hrs and date chosen can be no more than 7 days from the 1st item won. Contact me for payment methods to pay on pickup.
DOMESTIC We ship to the mailing address that is pre-printed in paypal only. If there are any changes made, paypal will automatically void the buyer/seller coverage. Therefore, I must be notified prior to payment if you wish to drop ship (mail to any address other than what is pre-printed as your mailing address in paypal) as there will be a $1.75 surcharge for an indemnity policy to cover possible loss/damage. Absolutely NO exceptions - period.
INTERNATIONAL Please do not ask us to modify the customs form. That is considered mail fraud and punishable as a federal crime here in the US. Buyers are responsible for any/all customs or duties fees imposed by their country. We will NOT mark any item as 'gift'.
COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY
Additional items priced 3.99 or higher bought within 5 days of the 1st item won will receive 50% discount on S&H fees (highest fee paid 1st). Items priced lower than this are already listed at a great value and are not eligible for any further transaction discounts. I must be notified within 48 hours of winning the 1st item if you wish to continue shopping and take advantage of this offer. Full payment of all items purchased must be made by the 7th calendar day from the 1st item won or the invoice will be uncombined, the discount will be forfeited and a UPI case will be opened.
PAYMENTS
In accordance with buyer policies listed here (http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/unpaid-item.html) full payment is due within two days. Requests for extra time to pay must be made before the payment due day. An exact day payment will be made must be included in the request. Extensions beyond 48 hours will not be approved. My sales are set up on automatic UPI so failure to make timely payment without approved extension will result in an unpaid item dispute being opened. If that occurs you will be added to our blocked bidder list. Item also may be relisted to the next highest bidder anytime beginning the day after the due date.
CONDITION DEFINITIONS
the items we sell are pre-owned (unless otherwise noted) , purchased second hand and are not laundered prior to posting. We leave it up to each buyer to dry clean or wash items by their own preferred method before use/wear.. That said - buyers "should" expect minor imperfection/issuess that would naturally occur over time from being used/worn/washed. Major flaws will be noted/photographed but as my sight is slightly waning with age, if I miss a few small ones, give a gal the benefit of the doubt & email me before you go postal in your feedback. Some items may have been tailored to fit by previous owners so please make sure to reference measurements prior to purchase. Also note that between my camera flash & varying monitors, actual color may appear differently. Video Games, CD-ROMs, DVDs and Record Albums have not been tested/watched/played in entirety prior to sale. Buyers are purchasing at their own risk.
As everyone may have their own definition of what constitutes excellent, good & very good, here are the guidelines that I use to base this item's rating by: Shows repairable or wearable signs of wear consistent with age that does not effect general use. Examples of these one or more various issues may include (but are not limited to) wash wear fading, natural distressing of denim and leather, scuffs/nicks, loose threads, tiny holes, scattered pilling or treatable spots. Probably wont measure up to the nit-picky shopper's standards but definitely lots of life left in it for the rest of us common folk! Enlarge pics for and see description above further detail.

We do not accept returns on any of our items. Please email any specific questions you have regarding the items and our policies BEFORE you bid. By placing your bid you are completely agreeing to ALL of the terms listed. It is your responsibility as a buyer to read thru the entire listing and be informed of these terms. Once your bid is placed & the item is won the sale is final. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds, no cancellations, no exceptions.
If for some reason the item is returned to us by the post office, We will email you as such and it will then be YOUR responsibility to re-issue the s&h fees for us to re-package and re-ship the item back to you
