In the Unlikely Event of Loss or Damage, the Shipping Carrier is Responsible for Such Items Shipped Via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home, FedEx Ground and or UPS Ground as They are Insured with that Shipping Carrier.

Any Insurance or Momentary Claims for Damaged During Transit are Strictly Between the Buyer and the Shipping Carrier and the Buyer Agrees to File the Insurance Claim with the Shipping Carrier for Reimbursement.

I am Unable to File a Claim on Your Behalf, as it MUST Be Filed By The Buyer Per the Shipping Carrier's Policies. If Necessary, I Can Assist with Proof of Purchase Receipts and Shipping Tracking Numbers.

You Will Need to Keep the Damaged Item, The Original Shipping Box with the Shipping Labels on it and All The Original Packaging Materials as the Carrier May Require Such For Proof of Damage.
