& Tea Cosy Dress  MIB w/COA The dress is a tea cover over skirt.

This very sweet Kathe Kruse doll is so precious! She has lovely red braids tied with white ribbons. She wears a navy blue dress with little white flowers and a white collar. White knit knee socks and red shoes complete her outfit. Her head is made of a vinyl or hard plastic, but her body and limbs are cloth over wire armature. The original tag hangs around her neck, which says "Original Kathe Kruse Puppe
