-If you have a house plan in mind that you want to make, simply draw the hand sketch and send it by e-mail. We will design your hand sketch drawing to scale and we will make the 2D design for you.

-Write us your dream plan and we will draw it.

There is a requirements table in the file you will download after purchasing the product. After you fill out this table, you should send it to us by the e-mail indicated on the table. Submit your hand sketches and references as well. Don't worry, you don't need to know all the details, and there are no 'right answers.' This is just a jumping off point for inspiration and for us to get to know what you want and need from your space.

The price is valid for a house of maximum 60 m2.

At the end of your purchase:

-roof plan
-facades
-door schedule
-window schedule

The price changes as the area increases (or if you want to add a special drawings, interior design etc.) . Contact us by e-mail and get a price.

You will not buy any physical product
The plan is provided as downloadable digital PDFs for printing.
Paper plans are not included in this list.
This list does not include all construction projects, it is a preliminary project.

Process sequence:
After the payment - write all your wishes.
We will assign the floor plans to you within 3-5 days, change and re-allocate the place you want to change. We are working on the project until we get your approval. I will draw other plans within 5-7 days after the floor plan is finished.
We will send you the latest plans in pdf format.

The plans are for informational purposes only. Engineering or architectural stamps are not included. Before starting any construction project, you should consult a qualified licensed builder, contractor or architect who knows your local building codes. Please do not distribute the PDF file. You can print as many plans as you want.
