Selling an excellent quality fine art lithograph of a Southwest scene of a cowboy on his horse under the moonlight.  Purchased in Phoenix AZ.  Has a Scottsdale AZ frame label on verso.  It is pencil signed to be what appears to say "James Arber" but I can't really make out the last name.  Who ever the artist is, he is or was extremely talented. Has to be done by a known artist.  If anyone knows who the artist is let me know.
