For your consideration is a hand carved Chinese resin figure.  This looks to be an emperor or empress on an elaborate throne.  The person is dressed elaborately and holding beads and has an equally elaborate headress.  The throne is carved and looks like lions or tigers heads on one side and the other look like Phoenix heads.  The back of the throne looks like a Phoenix.  The feet of the throne are claws and all is setting on a wood base.  The sticker on the bottom shows 4,000.  Not sure the kind of currency this was, Yuan?    The figurine is 11 1/2" tall with no chips or cracks.  This is a heavy piece at almost 4 pounds.
