Incredible 12.25" Victorian glass vase with gorgeous and unusual applied green glass collar are the top part.
Hand painted with raised enamel of gold flourishes and colorful Spring Pansies.
Similar to Bristol glass but I haven't seen this shape in Bristol.
No chips cracks or repairs.
