You are looking at a 3D Lenticular Picture which measures approximately 13 3/4 inches wide x 9 3/4 inches tall.

These 3D pictures were part of my antique/resale store and are considered to be NEW OLD STOCK ... they have never been used and have been in storage since 2012.  No issues with them at all.  Nice images ... bright vivid colors.  Great for kids' rooms, family rooms, etc.  Just add a frame of your choice.
