** How to brew tea **  
 

Brew in the kettle:
 
Put about 1 tablespoon of tea leaves per person. 
Pour boiling water to blanch the tea once. Pour boiling 
water over again. The tea leaves will emit aroma 
and flavor to the fullest.
 
Brew in a cup:
 
Put about 1 tablespoon of tea leaves 
in a 350 ml cup. Pour boiling water to blanch 
the tea once. Pour boiling water over again. 
When the tea leaves fall to the bottom 
of the cup, you can drink it without filtering.
