Vintage Carol Anderson Flannel Dress Size 13/14 Red and Black.  This dress is 100% Cotton flannel and made in the USA! Button front with one pocket on the bodice and two side pockets. Comfortable and retro. Armpit to armpit measures 21”. Shoulder to hem is 46”.
