General Motors issued this coin in conjunction with the manufacture and release of its 1940 Oldsmobile.  The front of the coin shows the front end of the 1940 Oldsmobile very clearly.  You can see the perspective of the hood and the grille ridges, or bars, are clearly seen and felt.  Around the front of the coin is "America's Biggest Money's Worth"  under the bumper is "1940 Oldsmobile".   On the reverse around the edge in an arch at the top is says "Bigger and Better in Everything".  Listed beneath is a listing of all of the features of the new 1940 Oldsmobile:  Best Looking Car on the Road; Bigger Finer Fisher Bodies; Smoothest Riding Car at any Price; Easiest Handling Car Ever Built; Power Speed and Pick-up to Spare; Safest Car of Them All; Economy That Challenges the Best; More Long Life Extra Value Features; Famous Olds Quality in Every Model.  Whatever literature was issued by GM for 1940 had these same features and slogan running through.  It is in good condition, and no scratches,  and looks as if it weren't clanging around in someone's pocket for 60 plus years.
