The record comes with the original sleeve that was the commercial edition of the sleeve. Though the song is the same on both sides like most promo records the edit is different. One side says that it is a a U.S. edit and is 3:33 in length the other side is longer and is comes in at 3:57.

This is the promo 45 is from the radio station CKLW in Windsor Ontario. It most likely never was played since the station was in an upheaval at the time. It will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve, in a 45 box and bubble wrapped.
