Chatuau vGuard VT4C-RT
PCI 4 channel capture card with hardware encoder (RT means hardware encoder). No driver seems to be available. vguard.tw seems to be a dance studio now, and the support.html page doesn't have links to the driver file anymore. This card might be an older or newer revision that doesn't work with the RT driver that I did manage to find on the Internet. The Windows 2000 computer that it came out of was using a driver called something like vccdrv.sys. I know that there were 6 letters before the .sys. I don't know if that's the correct driver. The viewing software had been removed from that computer so I never could test it. Some of the fans don't work but it doesn't seem like they get hot enough to need the fans. Maybe they make more heat when they're in use.

I don't recommend buying this unless you have an identical one and the software or you know exactly what you're doing. If you do please let me know okay? I'll give you a rebate/discount if you send me the drivers.

I have some drivers that I did manage to find. I could send them to you if you have a different RT card.

If you need this right away then send me a message and I should answer fairly quickly if I'm around, but in some cases I'm not so I have the handling time set at 3 days. Usually I can ship it out the next day.
