If none of these options are available to your country, I will not be able to ship to you. This is an e-bay/paypal requirement and International shipping is expensive. Delivery times for International packages varies greatly. I insure through a 3rd party company to offer you insurance on first class mail shipping which saves you money. Insurance claims cannot be filed until it has been 45 business days fromt he ship date. There is a reason for this - customs and travel times are not predictable in any way. In the event that a claim needs to be filed the appropriate paperwork will be sent to you via email for your part in the process. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
