How to monitor your blood pressure and blood oxygen?

1. Set personal information correctly in the App.

2. Wear the watch 1.5-2.5 cm below the wrist bone, and adjust the strap not too tightly or too loosely.

3. Enter the blood pressure and blood oxygen monitoring mode, and keep your arm stable.

4. When you wear the watch on the wrist and need to wait 10 ~15 seconds to show the monitoring data.

How to track your sleep?

1. Set personal information correctly in the app.

2. Wear the watch 1.5-2.5 cm below the wrist bone and adjust the strap not too tightly or too loosely when you sleep.

3. It will automatically monitor your sleep state from 8 pm to 10 am. You can check your sleep trends in the app.

Note: the data cannot be used as a medical-grade test.

How to get message notifications on the watch?

 

1. Connect the watch with HeroBandIII App and turn to 'Watch'?'Notification'
2. Choose the App you want to receive messages. For example, if you want to receive Facebook notification, turn on 'Facebook' option and allow notification. Then go to 'Homepage' and pull down screen to sync.
3. Please confirm whether the message can be displayed in the notification bar of the phone. The watch receives messages by reading the notification bar of the phone. If the message notification on the phone is not working, the watch cannot receive the message.
