You either receive the ordered item, a replacement (if there are any issues with) or a refund. If you haven't received your product after the estimated delivery date, please send a message and we'll see what went wrong and offer a replacement.
We do care about positive feedback and customer satisfaction a lot - if there are any problems, send a message and you'll either get a full refund, a partial refund or a new item. All the watches/straps in the shop are high-quality items that have been tried - we're not selling anything we don't think is good. If there are any problems with how the item arrives (broken or not working), feel free to send a message.
All items are shipped from warehouses either in Hong Kong, China or Shenzen, China via Standard International Shipping methods. The carrier we use to ship the goods depends on the country of the delivery (for example, there might be different shipping options available for shipping to Italy compared to the ones to Canada, therefore we will use the shipping option within approximately the same budget and the shipping option we believe to be the most reliable). Upon placing an order, the item will be shipped within 2 working days and the tracking number will be updated to the shipping details within the next few days.
• DELIVERY •
Delivery to United States is usually quick and safe since there are many cargo flights from Hong Kong to California every other day, while delivery to Europe usually takes 2 to 3.5 weeks. Please understand that international shipping can be tricky and that there are sometimes delays due to items either being stuck in transit or misplaced at the sorting center of origin or destination country. Since packages we ship are very small and light, they can sometimes be misplaced since they come to destination country via plane in a bag with many other items. We know these types of situations can be frustrating, although in cases like these we offer a full refund or a replacement item sent to you free of charge.
Please refer to the Estimated Time Arrival for an acceptable delivery timeframe. Most orders will arrive within 2.5 weeks and way before the estimated delivery dates shown above, but due to rare delays the estimated dates have been pushed back just in case any unexpected delays occur in the shipping process. If the Estimated Time Arrival has passed and there is still no sign of the item and the tracking doesn't indicate a delivery in the following days, please send a message and the new item will be sent to you via a different shipping method or a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• RETURNS •
Please make sure to measure your watch's lug width carefully before placing an order. Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives broken, damaged or not as described. In those cases, you will be offered either a full refund, partial refund or a replacement item. Please understand that, being a small store, we do currently not accept returns if the customer ends up finding an item that he likes more or if simply doesn't want the item anymore after using the item for a period of time. This is why we try to make sure to include multiple photos of each item and try to describe the items as thoroughly as possible so you could shop with confidence.
