Hailing from the turn of the last century and originally plated with gold, this sterling silver serving spoon is an absolutely beautiful example of Old World craftsmanship.  On the very top, it features a cluster of roses.  At the bottom of the stem as it goes into the bowl, there is a fleur-de-lis and the bowl itself is finely detailed with what looks like ocean waves.  It's deep bowl at the bottom swoops up to its scalloped edging, which altogether makes for a beautiful presentation.  On the back side there are two hallmarks with the word, "sterling" stamped in.

Condition:  Weighing in at 19 grams, this spoon is in excellent collectible condition.
