All the watches/straps in the shop are high-quality items that have been tried - we're not selling anything we don't think is good. • SHIPPING •

All items are shipped within 2 days since receiving the payment. Packages usually reach customers within the United States in 4-13 days, although keep in mind that sometimes there are delays due to many orders being processed at USPS resulting in item moving slowly through the USPS network. We operate from two different warehouses, so if the item isn't available at the warehouse at the location mentioned in the item's details, the item will be shipped from a different location but should also arrive within the given timeframe (4-13 days).

• RETURNS •

Please make sure to measure your watch's lug width carefully before placing an order. Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives broken, damaged or not as described. In those cases, you will be offered either a full refund, partial refund or a replacement item. Please understand that, being a small store, we do currently not accept returns if the customer ends up finding an item that he likes more or if simply doesn't want the item anymore after using the item for a period of time. This is why we try to make sure to include multiple photos of each item and try to describe the items as thoroughly as possible so you could shop with confidence.
