The image depicts down-on-his-luck actor turned stripper John Phillips (Gregory Harrison) with a female friend (Patricia Davis). On the verso is a large printed caption which describes the image. It is in fine- condition as shown with a light horizontal crease across the bottom approximately 1.5 in. from the border.
Most of the club scenes were filmed in Backstreet, Atlanta. The club was open every night of the week so the scenes were filmed during the day. Many of the clubgoers in the film were regular patrons.
