Item description for Vintage Geometric Earrings Blue Green Squares Dangle Clip Handcrafted

This is a pair of vintage handmade artisan dangle clip on earrings Each earring measures just over 2 ½ inches long and 1 ½ inches wide at the widest point. I believe that the material used is some type of lightweight plastic that has been cut and painted, but I am not sure of the material. At the top of the earring is a diamond shaped section with a center blue glass piece or rhinestone. Hanging from the top piece is a cascade of six shapes including, circles, squares and triangles that are connected to each other with small gold rings. The earring has shades of turquoise blues, greens and yellow in abstract designs of squiggles, lines and dots and they are coated with a clear shiny acrylic finish. The earrings swing beautifully as you walk. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear.

These earrings are in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. The clips on backs work fine and hold the earrings securely in place. The bases are made from cork and the cork does have slight normal wear appropriate for their age. These would be perfect for anyone who loves fun and funky looking costume jewelry. These earrings will certainly be noticed on whatever occasion you choose to wear them. They would look great for an elegant evening out, or with your favorite pair of jeans for a casual day of shopping.
