Cotton, with cotton knit bow detail.
Cute retro floral print in mostly greens and purples.  White and lavender polka dot bow.
Wide straps are adjustable - two snaps each.
Cotton knit polka dot bow and sash detail at front.
Elastic across top back.
Darling rhumba ruffles on the bottom!
