This is a large spatula/ flipper/ lifter. 

It says Ekco Forge and has the 2 men working the anvil.

 It says flipper lifter on it.

 It says stainless steel USA too. 

Used but no damage, looks great. 

Measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 on the spatula part.
