Perfect for gift-giving. French flea market find, handmade rattan bread/fruit basket. Vintage 1950s (mid-century modern period). Perfect for French country or French provincial style. Petal-style, round shaped  basket, hand crafted. The weaving is in excellent condition. The base is tightly woven and reinforced with thicker pieces of rattan allowing for long term durability and usage. The basket is like new, never used with no cracks, breaks or discolorations. Stored in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
