Brand new factory sealed dvd with collectible cover art. Licensed by 20th Century Fox to Olive Films, the no frills disc should at least sport a good sourceprint. Going Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and becoming increasingly harder to find again. For decades it was only available as a rare vhs tape, the dvd releases were snapped up. It has somewhat of a cult following because of Rolling Stones Mick Jagger in a rare acting role.

Mick Jagger is NED KELLY, an Australian folk hero/outlaw who is practically forced into a life of crime by the Irish/British police conflict at the heart of the story. After his mother is unjustly accused of murder, he mounts a vendetta with his gang of friends and brothers. They start off as horse thieves and proceed from there. A manhunt results in death and an eventual shootout where he and his brothers wear bulletproof suits of armour, including a helmut (see cutaway artwork photo).

Waylon Jennings provides the soundtrack music and Jagger sings "Wild Colonial Boy". An inferior remake was made in 2003 with Heath Ledger.
