This is an adorable figurine of two little Porcelain Barn Owls made by Andrea by Sadek. This is from 1986 and still has the original gold sticker and the little booklet that it came with. It is also marked on the bottom 7666 by Andrea and copyright 1986. This figurine is approximately 3 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches long. It is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs.

The figurine depicts two owls sitting on the branch or limb of an Oak Tree. Below them are two orange leaves with two acorns. The time of year is obviously meant to be Fall. This figurine is highly detailed and hand painted in a very realistic matte finish. The owls have golden feathers with dark brown markings and delightful moon shaped white faces and chests.

The booklet reads "This fine porcelain has been designed and executed with the high quality standards that have been the symbol of the legendary Andrea craftsmanship for four generations. Under the personal supervision of the Sadeks each item is created with exquisite detail and superior quality in the finest porcelain factories of Japan. These factories continue their heritage of artists devoted to their crafts."

These two little charming owls would be a great addition to your owl or bird collection or as a gift for your favorite bird watcher.
