Comes in the original box with a certificate of inspection. The General Federation of Women's Clubs commissioned the Fenton Art Glass Co. of Williamstown, West Virginia to sculpture these collector plates in honor of "A Portrait of Liberty". They were released in 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976. This information is in the pamphlet included in the boxes.
