It is not recommended .It just 300W power ,if pulverize ice ,it is no problem to blend.even,carrot and frozen fruits .It's small stature limits the size and power of the motor. As long as you've got a good liquid to dry/solid or frozen ratio it will work like a little champ. Not meant for blending solid foods alone or food processing in general.
