Chant D'aromes Perfume by Guerlain, Chant D'aromes, translated to mean “song of aroma,” was developed by Jean-Paul Guerlain in 1962. The fragrance is intended to be a refreshing floral scent for women for out-on-town wear and contains natural essential oils that are part of the “chypre” olfactory group. Top notes for this fragrance include plum, gardenia, citruses, and aldehydes. Middle notes are an enticing bouquet of honey suckle, ylang ylang, and jasmine with the spicy touch of clove. Base notes are heliotrope, vanilla, sandalwood, benzoin, olibanum, and vetiver.
