• This is a vintage phonograph record album, entitled, "General of the Army Douglas A. MacArthur's Speech to Congress April 19, 1951".  Record label:  Columbia PL 4410.  There is no inner sleeve.

• Condition of record is visually graded near mint.  Cover is graded VG+ to VG++ very good + to very good ++).  Brown aging on the front and back as shown and light top left stain.
